Dear Patients,
During the uncertainty of the coronavirus outbreak, we want you to know that your safety is of utmost priority to us, that’s why we are transparent about the exact measures we have put in place to protect you:
Dr Nurein has received the COVID-19 vaccination
Any member of staff who is feeling unwell or showing symptoms will not to come into work
We are asking any patients who feel unwell or are displaying symptoms not to come into the clinic and offer them easy alternatives to contact us to reschedule their appointments and book video consultations where possible
All patients and visitors are asked to use our antiseptic hand gel when they arrive at reception
Our staff regularly wash their hands and use antiseptic gel to ensure the highest levels of hygiene
We ensure that our clinic is safe and clean and use a powerful antiseptic, several times a day, to disinfect any shared surfaces such as door handles and tabletops
As much as possible, we minimise personal contact by offering our new and old patients the option to use our video consultation option instead of face to face appointments
We carefully schedule our appointments (1 patient at a time) to minimise the number of patients in our clinic and waiting areas at any one time, and avoid personal contact between patients
We provide clear and easy instructions on how to contact us, reschedule appointments or book online consultations
If we need to change or cancel your booking due to lockdown regulations, this will be done free of charge.
